Mackenzie is a Certified Medical Assistant at PRANA Wellness Clinic who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their wellness journey.

Her healthcare career began in high school, where she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license. She then completed her prerequisite coursework at Ball State University before earning an Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech Community College.

At PRANA Wellness Clinic, Mackenzie plays a vital role in both patient care and daily operations. She assists at the front desk, performs blood draws, administers injections, monitors IV therapies, and works with advanced technologies including InMode and BTL aesthetic devices. She also assists with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and supports a wide variety of treatments and procedures to ensure patients receive exceptional, personalized care.

Mackenzie enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and strives to create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through PRANA's doors. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up to date with the latest advancements in wellness and aesthetic medicine so she can provide the highest level of care.
