Her career as an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner began at Carle Hospital in Champaign, IL, where she co-founded the Metabolic Weight Loss Clinic. She then moved to Wilton, CT, where she collaborated with leading surgeons and physicians on metabolic diseases and weight loss.

With a decade of expertise as an Endocrine NP, Payal excels in crafting customized care plans that align with each individual's unique data, preferences, and goals.
